- Thread the thinly sliced steak onto bamboo or metal skewers. Grill until cooked to your liking. Set aside. (Alternative cube and try cooking int a little garlic infused oil
- Cook the rice noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain.
- Place the rice noodles in the bottom of a large bowl. Top with the carrot, cucumber, radish and skewers. Sprinkle with coriander.
- Enjoy immediately.
