Beef Noodle Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • Organic beef steak thinly sliced or cubed
  • 50 g rice noodles
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • 2 radish sliced
  • Handful coriander or parsley

Method
 

  1. Thread the thinly sliced steak onto bamboo or metal skewers. Grill until cooked to your liking. Set aside. (Alternative cube and try cooking int a little garlic infused oil
  2. Cook the rice noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain.
  3. Place the rice noodles in the bottom of a large bowl. Top with the carrot, cucumber, radish and skewers. Sprinkle with coriander.
  4. Enjoy immediately.
