I used to think that if I was concentrating well, I should keep going.
But over time I noticed that long periods of focus — especially on a computer — could quietly leave my brain and body feeling drained.
Now I try to pause regularly, even when things are going well.
Short breaks to stretch, rest my eyes, or step away from the screen help my nervous system reset.
Strangely enough, taking those pauses often helps me focus better afterwards.
