ALPIMS Self-Assessment: Mapping Your System Stress Profile
This self-assessment is not a diagnostic tool, but a pattern recognizer. It helps you identify which ALPIMS domains are most under strain—so you can prioritize support and avoid overload.
Think of it as a body map: Where do you feel the most friction, instability, or exhaustion?
Instructions:
- Read each domain description and reflect on how often or how strongly these patterns show up in your life.
- Use a scale of 0–3:
- 0 = Rarely or never
- 1 = Occasionally, mild impact
- 2 = Frequently, moderate impact
- 3 = Daily/severe impact
You can total your scores at the end or simply notice which areas feel loudest right now.
