Steamed Green Beans with Chive Oil

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tsp rice bran or canola oil
  • 1 tsp finely chopped chives (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Method:
Steam green beans until tender (about 6–8 minutes). Drizzle with oil and chives. Serve warm or at room temperature.
